Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients

  • 20 Large Shrimp thawed and deveined
  • 5-6 cloves of garlic minced
  • ½ red onion diced small
  • Corn Tortilla’s
  • Asiago Cheese Shredded
  • ¼ Red cabbage shredded
  • 2-3 Avocado diced
  • 1-3 tablespoon of Zesty Chili Spice. Use as desired flavor is achieved.
  • (Sub with Italian Blessing, Sassy spice, Porkers Pick, Hot and Spicy Surfer, Highway to Hell.)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

You can also use any of the other five spices I have created for this meal.

Directions:

  1. On a low Sautee, cook the garlic and onions together. Add ½ tablespoon of Zesty Chili Spice.
  2. Once the garlic and onions are slightly cooked, add the shrimp to the mix.
  3. As it is cooking add ½ Zesty Chili Spice.
  4. Once the Shrimp is cooked you start to warm the tortillas and build taco.

    1. Warm tortilla
    2. Cabbage
    3. Shrimp
    4. Cheese
    5. Avocado
