Oven Baked BBQ Ribs
Serves 4-6 people
Ingredients
- 3-4 pounds of pork ribs
- 3 ½ tablespoon of Hot and Spicy Surfer (Sub with Porkers Pick, Hot and Spicy Surfer Sassy)
- 4 tablespoon of chili sauce
- 1 cup vegetable broth (You can substitute with beef or chicken broth.)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup water
Directions:
- Preheat oven at 425 degrees.
- Remove silver membrane from the back of ribs.
- Rub the front and back of the ribs with porkers pick.
- Place the onion, minced garlic, water in a roasting pan. Add the ribs to the roasting pan. Cover with foil.
- Put in the preheated oven for 2 hours and remove from oven.
- While cooking mix the ketchup, bbq sauce and chili sauce together.
- After the 2 hours and ribs are removed from over, Drain the remaining liquid and you can make a nice sauce out of it!
- Preheat Broiler on high.
- Brush both sides of ribs with the BBQ sauce mixture.
- Broil each side for 10 minute or until charred.
