Hot and Sassy Potatoes

Serving 4-6 servings

Ingredients

2-3 cups of half and half or milk

1 pound potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced

½ cups grated gruyere and/or Swiss cheese

2 tablespoon Sassy Spice

1 tablespoon Highway to Hell

½ cup bread crumbs or panko.

4 ½ ounce of Private selection Alpine Blend

Directions:

  1. Mix Sassy and Highway to hell together.
  2. Peel potatoes and then cut very thin. Using mandolin is the best method to get the thinnest.
  3. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  4. In a small pot, warm the milk till warm. Mix in 1 tablespoon of the spice mixture in the milk and milk in.
  5. In a glass dish, spray PAM all over.
  6. Layer potatoes, cheese and spice mixture in the glass dish.
  7. Pour in the warmed milk. Watch the level so doesn’t spill over.
  8. Top with the bread crumbs.
