Crock Pot Lasagna
Step 1: Make Sassy Red Sauce
Step 2:
Ingredients:
4 cups of Sassy red sauce
1 cup of Water
1 15 ounce container of Ricotta Cheese
2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 box Lasagna noodles, uncooked

Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix all 3 cheeses together. Best to massage with hands.
- Spray the bottom of the crock pot with non- stick spray.
- Add 1 cup of Sassy red sauce. Depending on the style of crock pot, you may need more red sauce to make a nice thick layer of sauce.
- Top the sauce with two layers of uncooked lasagna noodles. Break to fit the pot.
- Next top with the cheese mixture. Do a scoop at a time and press onto the noodle to flatten out as needed. Clumps of cheese OK. As it cooks and melts will distribute evenly.
- Keep adding layers of sauce, noodles and cheese.
- I like my last layer as a nice thinner mixture of sauce and cheese.
- Pour 1 cup of water on the top of built lasagna.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours. High for 3-4 hours.
Note:
Healthy option, use eggplant.
