Chicken In Wine Sauce

Serves 3-4 people

2-3 large chicken breast

1/2 onion Julian cut

6 garlic cloves

1-2 tsp Sassy spice (You can also use Italian Blessing and Zesty Chili Spices.)

1/3 cup olive oil

¾ cup white wine

Directions:

(Cook on a med/ high heat)

  1. Add oil
  2. Add garlic. Sautee for a few minutes as the garlic releases its flavor. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add onion. Sautee for a few minutes as the onion releases it flavor. Salt and Pepper to taste.
  4. Add chicken. Sautee all together as the flavors release into the chicken.
  5. Add ½ TSP of sassy spice and mix together.
  6. Cook till the chicken is half way cooked.
  7. Add wine and cover to let simmer.
  8. Stirring occasionally. At this time you can add more sassy spice to taste.
