Chicken In Wine Sauce
Serves 3-4 people
2-3 large chicken breast
1/2 onion Julian cut
6 garlic cloves
1-2 tsp Sassy spice (You can also use Italian Blessing and Zesty Chili Spices.)
1/3 cup olive oil
¾ cup white wine

Directions:
(Cook on a med/ high heat)
- Add oil
- Add garlic. Sautee for a few minutes as the garlic releases its flavor. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Add onion. Sautee for a few minutes as the onion releases it flavor. Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Add chicken. Sautee all together as the flavors release into the chicken.
- Add ½ TSP of sassy spice and mix together.
- Cook till the chicken is half way cooked.
- Add wine and cover to let simmer.
- Stirring occasionally. At this time you can add more sassy spice to taste.
