Simple Insta Pot Pork Loin

Serving: 4 people

Ingredients

1- 1 ½ pound pork tenderloin 

2 tablespoon Sassy Spice 

2 tablespoon olive oil or oil of choice 

3 tablespoon wet mustard 

1 cup vegetable broth 

1 tablespoon All-purpose quick- mix flour 

3 tablespoon soy sauce 

Directions:

  1. Rub Sassy Spice on pork loin. Next rub the mustard over the sassy spice. 
  2. Heat the oil on sauté and brown the pork on all sides for 5 minutes.  
  3. Pour in the veggie broth and soy sauce. 
  4. Seal the lid and make sure that the steam valve is sealed so no steam can be released.  
  5. Cook on manual high for 20 minutes. 
  6. When done let the steam release valve from the valve for 10 minutes. 
  7. Slowly open the lid and remove pork. Let pork rest before slicing for service.  
  8. On sauté, mix cornstarch with ½ cup of the cooking liquid and stir into the pot until the sauce thickens. This takes about 3 minutes. 
  9. Pour the sauce over the tenderloin when serving.
