Sassy Red Sauce
1 28oz Canned Diced Tomato
1 28oz Canned Tomato Sauce
½ Medium Onion Diced Small
1-2 Tablespoon Oil of your choice
2-3 Cloves Garlic Minced
16-18 Ounces Ground Beef
3 Tablespoons of Sassy

- Add oil to pot of your choice.
- Add the onion and sauté till firm but not too soft.
- Add garlic and sauté.
- Add cooked beef and stir together.
- Add Diced tomato and stir together.
- Add 1 tablespoon of Sassy Spice and stir together really well. Blend all the flavors together.
- Add Tomato Sauce and stir together.
- Add 1 tablespoon of Sassy Spice and stir together really well. Blend all the flavors together.
- Cover and simmer on Lo for 10 minutes. Stirring occasionally to blend the flavors together.
- At 10 minute mark, you’re going to check the flavor and consistency. Also, taste the sauce and check to your liking.
- I recommend if you like bold flavors add more spice. I recommend doing this 3 more times and the flavor will be perfect.
- Cook till at a rolling rumble and then remove from heat source and let cool before serving.
You can freeze the extra sauce and use at a later date.
