Oven Baked BBQ Ribs

Serves 4-6 people

Ingredients

  • 3-4 pounds of pork ribs
  • 3 ½ tablespoon of Hot and Spicy Surfer (Sub with Porkers Pick, Hot and Spicy Surfer Sassy)
  • 4 tablespoon of chili sauce
  • 1 cup vegetable broth (You can substitute with beef or chicken broth.)
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup water

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven at 425 degrees.
  2. Remove silver membrane from the back of ribs.
  3. Rub the front and back of the ribs with porkers pick.
  4. Place the onion, minced garlic, water in a roasting pan. Add the ribs to the roasting pan. Cover with foil.
  5. Put in the preheated oven for 2 hours and remove from oven.
  6. While cooking mix the ketchup, bbq sauce and chili sauce together.
  7. After the 2 hours and ribs are removed from over, Drain the remaining liquid and you can make a nice sauce out of it!
  8. Preheat Broiler on high.
  9. Brush both sides of ribs with the BBQ sauce mixture.
  10. Broil each side for 10 minute or until charred.
