Grilled Asparagus

(Serves 2-4 people)

Ingredients

1 Pound of asparagus (The stalks shouldn’t be too thin.)

2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil or your desired type of oil.

½ to 1 tablespoon of Sassy spice (Start with ½ tablespoon and then add more if your taste desire more savory flavor.)

(You can also use any of the other five spices I have created for this meal.)

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill to high.
  2. In a large zip lock bag, add the asparagus with the ends cut off, to your desired length.
  3. Add the olive oil and massage into the asparagus.
  4. Add the ½ tablespoon of sassy spice and massage into the asparagus.
  5. Let sit till the grill is heated up.
  6. When the grill is ready to cook, put on the grill, or grill mat, or on foil, or veggie basket.
  7. Cook each side of the asparagus for 2-4 minutes or until nicely browned on both side.
  8. Take off the grill and put in the serving dish.
  9. Let cool before serving.
