Grilled Asparagus
(Serves 2-4 people)
Ingredients
1 Pound of asparagus (The stalks shouldn’t be too thin.)
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil or your desired type of oil.
½ to 1 tablespoon of Sassy spice (Start with ½ tablespoon and then add more if your taste desire more savory flavor.)
(You can also use any of the other five spices I have created for this meal.)

Directions:
- Preheat grill to high.
- In a large zip lock bag, add the asparagus with the ends cut off, to your desired length.
- Add the olive oil and massage into the asparagus.
- Add the ½ tablespoon of sassy spice and massage into the asparagus.
- Let sit till the grill is heated up.
- When the grill is ready to cook, put on the grill, or grill mat, or on foil, or veggie basket.
- Cook each side of the asparagus for 2-4 minutes or until nicely browned on both side.
- Take off the grill and put in the serving dish.
- Let cool before serving.
