My name is Kelly O’Brien and I am introducing new spices and recipes for your cooking needs at home.

 I first learned how to cook from my mother and father. As I got older, my father bought me a book called “Culinary Artistry,” by Andrew Dornenburg and Kathy Page. In this book it taught me how to pair spices with different meats, vegetables, carbohydrates, and etc. It also taught me how to pear foods together with each other. Therefore, with this book I taught myself how to use spices, fresh and dried.

This book fueled my passion for cooking in the home and my desire to learn more about the food and beverage industry. I have over 20 years of experience in the industry. With each year that passed, I have paired spices together to make meals have more bold flavors, which enhances the quality and presentation on the meal.
