Instant Pot Tender BBQ Ribs
Serves 4-6 people
Ingredients
- 3-4 pounds of pork ribs
- 3 ½ tablespoon of Hot and Spicy Surfer (Sub with Porkers Pick, Hot and Spicy Surfer Sassy)
- 4 tablespoon of chili sauce
- 1 cup vegetable broth (You can substitute with beef or chicken broth.)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup water
Directions:
- Remove silver membrane from the ribs. And cut the ribs in portions to fir the instant pot.
- Rub the ribs with Hot and Spicy Surfer
- Combine the chili sauce, broth, BBQ sauce, balsamic vinegar and water in the pot. Give it a nice mix to blend all the flavors.
- Add the ribs in the pot.
- Seal the lid, select manual and cook for 20 minutes on high. Keep pressure release closed for the 20 minutes. After release the pressure for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes open and serve hot.
