Instant Pot Tender BBQ Ribs

Serves 4-6 people

 

Ingredients

  • 3-4 pounds of pork ribs
  • 3 ½ tablespoon of Hot and Spicy Surfer (Sub with Porkers Pick, Hot and Spicy Surfer Sassy)
  • 4 tablespoon of chili sauce
  • 1 cup vegetable broth (You can substitute with beef or chicken broth.)
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup water

Directions:

  1. Remove silver membrane from the ribs. And cut the ribs in portions to fir the instant pot.
  2. Rub the ribs with Hot and Spicy Surfer
  3. Combine the chili sauce, broth, BBQ sauce, balsamic vinegar and water in the pot. Give it a nice mix to blend all the flavors.
  4. Add the ribs in the pot.
  5. Seal the lid, select manual and cook for 20 minutes on high. Keep pressure release closed for the 20 minutes. After release the pressure for 10 minutes.
  6. After 10 minutes open and serve hot.
