Hot and Sassy Potatoes
Serving 4-6 servings
Ingredients
2-3 cups of half and half or milk
1 pound potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
½ cups grated gruyere and/or Swiss cheese
2 tablespoon Sassy Spice
1 tablespoon Highway to Hell
½ cup bread crumbs or panko.
4 ½ ounce of Private selection Alpine Blend

Directions:
- Mix Sassy and Highway to hell together.
- Peel potatoes and then cut very thin. Using mandolin is the best method to get the thinnest.
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a small pot, warm the milk till warm. Mix in 1 tablespoon of the spice mixture in the milk and milk in.
- In a glass dish, spray PAM all over.
- Layer potatoes, cheese and spice mixture in the glass dish.
- Pour in the warmed milk. Watch the level so doesn’t spill over.
- Top with the bread crumbs.
